Meet Caitlin

Caitlin received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain
University for Health Professionals and her Masters in Professional Communication from Weber
State University. Caitlin has received advanced training in perinatal mental health
psychotherapy and Perinatal Mood Disorders from Postpartum Support International. Caitlin
has a passion for all areas of women’s health including eating disorder recovery, health,
nutrition and adolescent care. Caitlin utilizes DBT, self-compassion and mindfulness to help
women challenge the shame stories they have carried with them throughout their life and into
motherhood. In addition, Caitlin works as a high school drill team coach and volunteers as a
state-certified CASA.
“I am passionate about creating more diverse safe spaces for women. I believe that each
individual woman has a story to share and a voice that she can use to inspire others. As your
therapist, it is my hope that you feel safe to show up exactly how you are and empowered to
explore the patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you. I am confident in a woman’s
ability to shed their stories of shame and begin rewriting new chapters of compassion and self-
love. You’re not alone. Let’s do this, together.”
