“I aim to create a nurturing environment where growth and healing flourish, guiding clients to live authentically and align with their core values. I foster a therapeutic space that is both supportive and challenging, marked by compassion and empathy. I use a trauma-informed approach and integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about perinatal mental health as well as all women’s issues. I believe in the importance of authenticity in the therapeutic space, and you can expect me to show up as my genuine self, often incorporating humor where appropriate”
